“Rooted Vengeance”

The overwhelming aspect to this piece comes from the simplistic lines and overpowered negative space, which contrasts with the dense trees. Here, nature shows its strength by lifting the concrete that suppresses the organic flow of the roots, as well as seeing vines asphyxiate slanted lampposts. This physical retaliation of nature with urbanisation is seen as dominant, to the extent of it invading the viewer's space.
